Traci Jo Lee, E-RYT, Founder of SAULT108 and Owner of Kali Integrative Bodyworks, home to Kali Yoga at Lake Oconee, will lead your yoga and adventure retreat.  Traci teaches from the intersection of her education and training in Classical Hatha, Anusara, and Vinyasa yoga. As a teacher and two-decade practitioner, she highly values studentship and has continued to study with master teachers including John Friend, Erich Schiffman, Lal Maharaj, Rolf Gates, Gina Minyard, Livia Cohen-Shapiro, Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell throughout her ten plus years of teaching. Each class with Traci, is taught with awareness of alignment and athleticism yet, space for exploration inside movement, posture and flow. Deep investigation of both form and flow is encouraged. You will practice through integration of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Your retreat will be filled with daily practices aimed to energize, empower and nurture you in mind, body and soul. To check out classes, private, and small group instruction, workshops and retreats at Traci's home studio and out on the road, visit www.tracijolee.com and www.kaliintegrative.com for more information.

Christena Devlin, RYT

Christena has been practicing yoga for 17 years, continually grateful for the strength and stability it brings to her physical, mental, and spiritual life.  As a new teacher, Christena’s goal is to teach students how to have a sustainable practice that is gently challenging both on and off the mat, while teaching sensitivity that will allow you to tap into your most joyful, compassionate self. She is a 200 RYT with a traditional hatha training from the Circle Yoga Shala in Arkansas, where she lives with her family and many furry friends.

Paige Williamson, RYT-200, attended her first yoga class in 2012. That day, she fell deeply in love with the practice. Through yoga, Paige’s confidence was built and she began to live comfortably in her own skin. She learned how to breathe and in doing so, she learned how the breath anchored her in the present moment and calmed her mind. She quickly developed a home practice after that first class, relying heavily on Yogaglo teachers for direction and instruction. Paige received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through Savannah Yoga Center in May of 2016. In the spring of 2017, she began her 500-hour teacher certification through Asheville Yoga Center. Paige’s desire as a teacher is to ignite a passion in her students for movement and to facilitate their ability to use that movement as a tool for self-discovery. She challenges her students physically and mentally while providing encouragement and support along the way. Paige loves to sprinkle yoga philosophy into her classes and she often draws attention to the parallels of practice and real life to remind students that “the yoga” happens as soon as you step off the mat. She also has a deep love for music and spirituality and these two elements often influence the rhythm and tone of her classes. Paige currently teaches classes at the Zen Den in Lyons, GA. She enjoys teaching vinyasa flow as well as yin.

Jenny is convinced that yoga found her.  The mat became the one place that Jenny encountered letting go, self acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion.  It was her place to create movement and experience freedom from suffering.  Her place to listen to her breath, explore self realization, and spirituality.  Her practice is less about flexibility and more about personal transformation and healing.  A forever student devoted to serve.

Jenny’s playful, energetic, intention filled classes encourage students of all levels to get out of their head and into their already perfect bodies.  Her hope is that students continue to do the work off of their mat so that we can all celebrate vulnerability, courage and bravery.  Jenny’s creative sequencing and vigorous flows help you to experience the presence in practice and can transform how you move on and off your mat.

Jolin Conine has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. She is a vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher and lululemon Ambassador. She began practicing yoga in 2005 as a way to relieve pain caused by several herniated discs in her neck. She graduated Bikram Yoga Teacher training in 2008. In 2013 she studied with Tony Sanchez and in 2015 she completed another 200 hour training with Jared McCann. A perpetual student, she has studied with various yoga teachers worldwide and continues to travel for workshops and seminars every year. She opened Fuel Hot Yoga in Athens, Georgia in 2011 to share her passion of the healing practice with the community, where she teaches and practices daily.

"After suffering years of chronic neck and back pain I had no idea how good my body could feel or that I could be out of pain. I believe that yoga is one of the best forms of physical, mental and emotional therapy. I'm inspired to share the healing benefits of this practice with our students. Anyone can do yoga and fuel their body and life through a regular practice."
